Tecpan is a municipality in the department of Chimaltenango, Guatemala. It is located just off the Inter-American Highway (the central section of the Pan-American Highway.) Tourists are drawn to Tecpan because of its beautiful landscapes, various types of vegetation, and its proximity to the archaeological site of the Iximche ruins.
